The Art of Spiritual Integration unites your personal Spiritual Story with the actions of your daily lives. Integrating Spirit into your life is like handing the decision making process of your ego over to Spirit. In this state of conscious living your physical body is now inspired to act out in ways that manifest your highest vision into this physical reality.

It is through our actions that we actualize, make manifest, our thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and feelings into physical reality. Your physical story, also known as your daily life, is the expression of these thoughts and beliefs, no matter what they might be.

It is through our thoughts and feelings that we communicate with the spiritual world, or God, or The Universe, or Source, or etc. Your spiritual story is the evolution of this communication. Your spiritual story is unique in it’s design and desires to be manifested into reality through your physical story.

When you remove the divisions between the physical and the spiritual words you then combine your Spiritual Story with your Physical Story into One Wholistic Expression. This is known as The Art of Spiritual Integration.

Jonathan Avalon is a student of all traditions of mysteries and philosophies pertaining to Spirit, God and all other unseen forces at work in our universe.

“I am willing to adopt into my own personal mythology any philosophical concept after several successful and repeatable experiments. Practical Mysticism is all about expressing, putting into action, ones own personal mythology or individual story. It is essential to be open to the possibility that any idea could express itself perfectly within your individuated story.”

This is the path of the Practical Mystic. There is no philosophy, religious view, spiritual concept, story or mythology that Jonathan is unwilling to experiment with in his daily life. Jonathan likes to refer to himself as a walking interfaith dialog. It is Jonathan’s goal to use his practice of Practical Mysticism to enhance the Love, beauty and happiness that lead to a wholistic and fulfilling life.

Jonathan brings a unique and Illuminated point of view to the thoughts and practices of human life as he combines both the above and below into his own personal mythology that he calls Animated Human. Through the Art of Spiritual Integration, Jonathan’s Human form is Animated and put into motion by Spirit.

Jonathan describes his spiritual beliefs and practices as IndoPagan. IndoPaganism is a blending of Hindu, Buddhist and Pagan philosophies and practices.
